After Superman destroyed half of the city of Metropolis while fighting Zod, Batman sees him more as a threat than a hero and tries to get rid of the Man of Steel. This was surprisingly good and was WAY better than Man of Steel. Visually stunning, great acting, and loads of fun. Ben Affleck was a great Batman! He was so believable and played an older Bruce Wayne that still knows how to fight well. Jeremy Irons played an amazing Alfred Pennyworth. Gal Gadot was also great as Wonder Woman. The fight between Batman and Superman was so intense. I had some problems with the film also too. First off, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor was ok sometimes and others just cartoonish. The birth of Doomsday felt very lazy which it could’ve been better if the writer took the time to use some of the source material on the character. Henry Cavill was alright as Superman. No matter what critics or diehard fans say, I liked this film a lot. It’s now one of my favorite Zack Snyder films. It’s not as good as Watchmen or 300 though. The film is very dark, often depressing at times and gritty which something kids are not going to be used to seeing in a Batman movie unless than have seen The Dark Knight trilogy. It’s more suitable for adults than kids but it’s up to the parents. Verdict: 8.3

Sidenote: Don’t trust Rotten Tomatoes or other film rating sites because usually they’re wrong. Most of the time they give good films bad reviews and horrible films amazing reviews. It’s somebody’s opinion and the company agrees with it. Just because someone hates a movie doesn’t mean they are right. This right here is my opinion but it doesn’t mean you are forced to agree.
